​At Diamond Detailing & Tinting, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and top-quality service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Deposit Requirement:

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you wish to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new deposit might be required to book a new appointment.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total, and the 10% deposit will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and don't give any notice, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Additional Info:​

All personal belongings must be removed from vehicle before appointment, if not removed an additional $50 fee will be added
-
4.5% Convenience fee on all credit/debit transactions.

If vehicle has signs of hazardous waste (vomit, urine, feces, mold, bugs etc.) and is not stated in the appointment an additional $250 fee will be added for interior detailing
