48 hour Cancellation Policy, if not cancelled within 48 hours before appointment you will forfeit the deposit 

24 hour Reschedule Policy, if not rescheduled within 24 hours before appointment you will forfeit the deposit 

24 hour Cancellation Policy, if cancelled within 24 hours before appointment you will be subject to full amount being charged to the card on file

All personal belongings must be removed from vehicle before appointment, if not removed an additional $50 fee will be added 

If vehicle has signs of hazardous waste (vomit, urine, feces, mold, etc) and is not stated in the appointment an additional $250 fee will be added for interior detailing
